Editorial Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-12
Every public guide must tell readers what was checked, which version it covers, and where the evidence came from. Publication status and search indexing are separate decisions.
Publication threshold
An indexable article must be published, verified, and supported by primary or corroborated evidence. It must include a publication date, an update date, an applicable version, and at least one credential-free HTTPS source. The build fails when an article requests indexing without meeting those rules.
Drafts and uncertainty
Drafts are retained for editorial work but generate no public route. Community claims stay in draft until they can be checked. Where reliable sources disagree, we state the disagreement and avoid inventing a single answer.
Versions and dynamic facts
Prices, supported platforms, version numbers, and known issues can change. Each guide records its checked scope. A game update does not silently make an old claim current; the page must be rechecked and dated again.
Corrections
Send reproducible corrections and sources to contact@bigwalk-wiki.site. We review the evidence, update the affected statement and date, or move the page back to draft when confidence is no longer sufficient.
